Check your shipping address carefully as there are no refunds or remakes if your order is delivered to an incorrect address provided to us by you at time of checkout.

We will only ship to the address that is provided to us at checkout. If you have provided us with an incorrect shipping address, we will promptly cancel your order and issue a refund so you can re-order with the correct address.

If you need to make any changes to your shipping address or your order, please contact us within 2 hours.

We expect that your collar and accessories will last several months to several years but this depends on the activity level of your dog & how you use and care for your collars accessories.

Our collars and leashes are made with soft cotton fabrics wrapped around a strong nylon webbing core.

The nylon webbing core will last for years as long as it is not aggressively chewed on. We recommend that you keep all your dog accessories out of reach of your dog when they are not in use. Please check your collars and leashes often to make sure that they are still in good shape.

The fabric, which is the pretty part on the outside...well, it's fabric.

If it gets snags on something sharp, it will tear. If it gets chewed, it will tear.

Unfortunately, all collars and accessories are wear items that don't stay brand new forever, just like our clothing.

Processing Times:

Most items are handmade just for you and your dog. This means the items you ordered are likely not in stock and have to be made for you. We process and make orders as quickly as possible in the order in which they're received.

Current production time is 1-2 business days for dog collars, bow ties, bandanas and leashes.

Printed items have a longer processing time as we outsource production to our print partner. Processing time for printed items is 2-7 business days.

Please note these production times are for production only & don't include shipping time.

Shipping:

Domestic Shipping:
• Standard USPS First Class should only 3-7 days but can take longer depending on weather, weekends and holidays. This shipping time is not guaranteed by USPS
• USPS Priority takes 1-3 days depending on where you're located. This shipping time is not guaranteed by USPS.

Once we hand your order to USPS, it's out of our hands & we have no control over their delivery time.

We check daily on shipping status of orders to make sure no orders are lost and that everything is moving smoothly. If we see any issues, we will contact you ASAP to let you know and then we will contact USPS.

Whether you order from our Etsy shop or website is entirely a matter of your preference.
