Domestic Shipping
- Domestic Standard Shipping via USPS First Class Package – $3.49
- USPS First Class Package usually takes 3-7 business days. This shipping time is not guaranteed by USPS and it could take more or less time.
- Domestic Priority Shipping via USPS Priority Mail – $7.99
- USPS Priority takes 1-3 days depending on where you are located. This shipping time is not guaranteed by USPS and could take more time.
The above shipping timeframes do not include production time.
Please note that the times above are what the shipping times should but however, due to COVID, natural disasters, holiday shopping, USPS understaffing and other things, USPS can and has taken up to 1 month to deliver packages.
Once we have handed your order over to USPS, it is out of our hands and we have no control over their delivery time.
Please consider the above shipping timeframes when ordering for an event with a deadline. We recommend ordering 30 days in advance for weddings, photo shoots, birthdays and any other event with a deadline, to ensure you receive your order in plenty of time.
Printed items such as dog ID tags, mugs, totes, t-shirts, etc. will be shipped separately from our printing company.
International Shipping
We do not offer International Shipping at this time.
Shipping Addresses
Check your shipping address carefully there are no refunds or reships for orders shipped to wrong addresses provided by the customer.
If you accidentally provide us with the wrong shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours so we can cancel your order and have you place your order again with the correct shipping address.
For your protection and ours, we will only ship to the address that is provided to us when the order is placed.
Production Times
We typically begin processing orders the day after they are received however it can take up to 3 business days for production depending on the items ordered and our order volume.
Printed items will take up to 10 days for processing.
The above production times do not include shipping times.
