About
Our Story
Hi, I’m Shana! I am the creator, collector of ideas, and slightly chaotic brain behind Angel & Lily Studio.
I’ve been making things for as long as I can remember. Fabric, patterns, color palettes, half-finished projects… if it involves creating something from nothing, I’m in. What started as childhood crafting turned into a full-blown creative life that now revolves around design, blogging, making dog accessories and inspiring others to make and create!
Angel & Lily Studio is my main creative hub — a mix of dog mom life, crafty inspiration, color palettes, product guides, and the occasional “how is this my life” moment. If you like cozy, creative, slightly unhinged (but organized) energy… you’re in the right place.
You’ll also see a lot of my design work woven in here. Through Angel & Lily Studio, I create surface patterns that live on Spoonflower (fabric, wallpaper, home decor) and Zazzle (all the fun extra stuff). This site connects everything so if you fall in love with a pattern, there’s usually a way to go get it on something. You can also find some fun dog accessories on my Etsy shop. Just let me know if you would like a dog collar, leash, bow tie or bandana is any of my original patterns and I will make it happen.
At the center of all of this is Ozzy, my very energetic, cocker spaniel and unofficial brand mascot. He’s the reason a lot of this started… and the reason I take breaks to go to the dog park when I should probably be working.
These days, I’m focusing less on handmade products and more on design, content, and building something that feels a little more sustainable (and a lot more me).
If you’re into:
- Dogs (obviously)
- Sewing, quilting, and fabric
- Color palettes and pattern design
- Cozy, creative home vibes
- Honest takes on running a small online business
…you’ll probably feel right at home here.
This space is always evolving, but the goal is simple: make cool things, share helpful ideas, and maybe help you find something you didn’t know you needed.
Thanks for being here!
