Our products are made to be enjoyed for years with proper care. Each item is carefully sewn with quality materials and secure stitching, but like any fabric product, its lifespan depends on how it’s used and cared for.

To help your items last as long as possible:

• Store them out of your dog’s reach when they’re not being worn. Even the best-made accessories aren’t chew-proof.
• Hand wash as needed using a mild detergent and let them air dry.
• Remove dirt, sand, and grit regularly, as abrasive particles can wear fabric fibers over time.
• Inspect collars and accessories periodically for signs of wear, especially if they’re worn every day.

With normal use and proper care, your handmade products should provide many happy adventures for years to come.

Please discontinue use if you notice excessive wear or damage.

The decorative fabric on some leashes may have a seam where two pieces of fabric are joined together. This is completely normal and does not affect the strength or durability of the leash.

The structural strength of the leash comes from a single, continuous piece of heavy-duty nylon webbing inside, along with secure stitching and quality hardware. The outer fabric is decorative, while the internal nylon core is what provides the leash’s strength.

Every leash is carefully constructed to ensure it is both beautiful and durable.

Most orders are handmade and ship within 1 to 5 business days, depending on my current order volume. If an item has a different processing time, it will be noted in the product description.

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• USPS Ground Advantage: typically up to 7 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: typically up to 4 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

While I do everything I can to get your order out quickly, delivery times are estimated by USPS and are outside of my control.

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact me as soon as possible.

If your order has not shipped yet, I’ll promptly cancel and refund your order so you can place it again using the correct shipping address. For security reasons, I only ship to the address entered by the customer at checkout.

If your order has already shipped, I can no longer change the delivery address. You may be able to:

• Contact the person at the incorrect address and ask them to forward the package or mark it “Return to Sender.”
• Request a USPS Package Intercept through the USPS website (availability and fees are determined by USPS).
• Wait to see if USPS is able to forward the package.

If your order is returned to me, I’ll be happy to send it to the correct address. Additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment.

Unfortunately, I cannot issue refunds for orders shipped to the address provided at checkout.

If you’re ordering for a wedding, photoshoot, birthday, or another special event, I recommend placing your order at least 30 days in advance whenever possible. This allows plenty of time for production, shipping, and, if needed, ordering fabric swatches before making a final decision.

If your event is coming up sooner than that, please contact me before placing your order. I’ll do my best to work with your timeline and will always be honest about whether I think your order can arrive in time.

While I will make every effort to accommodate rush requests, I cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, especially on short notice, since shipping times are ultimately determined by USPS.

Choosing the correct size is important for both comfort and safety. To help you find the best fit, I’ve created a detailed Measuring & Sizing Guide with step-by-step instructions, sizing charts, and tips for measuring your dog.

If your dog is between sizes or you’re unsure which size to order, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I’ll be happy to help you choose the best fit before you place your order.

A properly fitted collar should be snug enough that it won’t slip over your dog’s head, but comfortable enough that you can fit two fingers between the collar and your dog’s neck.

Every item is handmade, so pattern placement will vary from one piece to the next. Each cut of fabric is unique, which means no two items are exactly alike. Your item will be made using the same fabric and materials shown, but the placement of the pattern may differ slightly from the photos.

Please also keep in mind that colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor, phone, or tablet settings. While I do my best to accurately represent each fabric, slight variations in color are normal from screen to screen.

These little differences are part of what makes every handmade item one of a kind.

My products are designed to be durable and enjoyed for years with proper care, but they are not indestructible.

For the longest life and safest use:

• Follow the care instructions for your product, including regular cleaning.
• Remove dirt, sand, and other grit, as these can wear fabric over time.
• Store products out of your dog’s reach when they’re not being worn. Fabric products are not chew-proof.
• Inspect collars, leashes, bow ties, and other accessories regularly for signs of wear or damage, and discontinue use if any part becomes worn or damaged.
• While many products can handle the occasional splash, repeated exposure to water, swimming, or harsh conditions may shorten their lifespan.

Absolutely! Every order is carefully packaged with the same attention to detail as if it were a gift.

If you’re sending your order directly to the recipient, simply leave a gift message or note at checkout, and I’ll be happy to include it with your order.

When an order is being shipped directly to the recipient, I do not include invoices, receipts, or any paperwork showing prices in the package.

Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, welcoming a new puppy, or surprising a fellow dog lover, I’ll help make your gift extra special.

Many of the products you’ll find here, including dog collars, leashes, bow ties, and bandanas, are lovingly handmade by me in my sewing studio.

As my shop continues to grow, I also offer other thoughtfully designed products that may be professionally produced by trusted manufacturing partners. Whether an item is handmade or professionally produced will always be clearly noted in the product description.

Whenever possible, I source my fabrics, webbing, hardware, and other materials from small businesses and local suppliers. I believe in supporting fellow small businesses whenever I can while using quality materials to create products you’ll enjoy for years to come.

You’ll also find links to my collections on sites like Spoonflower and Zazzle. The artwork and designs are created by me, while the finished products are professionally printed and manufactured by Spoonflower or Zazzle using their materials and production processes.
