On December 1, 2021 LiviaOne Liquid Probiotics & BioLifePet Liquid Probiotics voluntarily recalled two lots of liquid probiotics due to possible Pseudomonas aeruginosa contamination. Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a microorganism found in the environment that can cause life threatening infections in immunocompromised individuals if ingested and can cause infections in dogs and cats.
This recall was issued out of abundance of caution. No customer complaints or injuries have been reported at this time.
Affected products were distributed nationwide through Amazon, wholesale and direct sale’s from the company’s website.
