We expect that your dog’s bow tie will last several months to several years, most of the time they last several years, however this all depends on how you care for and store the bow ties.
Our bow ties are made with soft cotton fabrics with an interfacing to provide structure and added strength and durability. Two hook and look strips that wrap around your dog’s collar or harness strap are securely stitched to the bow tie.
Please gently hand wash your bow tie in cool water and mild detergent. Air dry only, please do not tumble dry in the dryer as the heat and lint will damage the hook and loop strips.
Most importantly, keep your bow ties and all other accessories out of your dogs reach when not in use because they are not chew proof and have small parts that can be a serious choking hazard.

If your order has not been shipped yet, we will promptly cancel your order, issue a refund and ask you to place the order again with the correct address. We will only ship to addresses that are entered by the customer at the time the order is placed. This protects you and us from potential fraud.
If your order has already been shipped, you have the following options:
– Contact the person who lives your old address and ask them to either forward your package to you or return it to sender. If returned to sender, we will re-ship it to you at your expense.
– Wait to see if USPS forwards your package to your current address or if the person at your old addresses forwards your package to you or returns it to sender. Again, if returned to sender, we will re-ship it to you at your expense.
– You can attempt to intercept the package. You can find instructions and information on the USPS website.
Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds for orders that are shipped to incorrect addresses that are provided to us by the customer so please take care when providing your address at checkout and make sure to let us know ASAP if there were any errors.

Although we can try to work with you on strict timelines, we cannot guarantee you will receive your items in time unless you place your order 30 days in advance.
If you are ordering for a wedding, photoshoot, shower or any other special event you must place your order 30 days in advance so we have ample time to make your order and give USPS plenty of time to deliver your order well before your event.
If you have an event in less than 30 days, please contact us your deadline before ordering so we can confirm if you will receive it in time.
